However, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer refunds for any floral arrangements that have already been prepared or delivered to the addresses provided by our clients. This policy ensures that we maintain the highest standards of freshness and quality in every bouquet we create.

Floral Preparation and Refunds:


Before a bouquet or floral arrangement is created, the flowers are cut, arranged, and prepared specifically for your order. This process involves meticulous care to ensure that the flowers are in their best condition for delivery. Once the arrangement has been prepared, refunds are no longer possible.

Cancellation and Refund Requests:


If you need to cancel your order or request a refund, please note that refunds may only be issued for arrangements that have not yet been created. To qualify for a refund, you must notify us at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. This allows us to manage our inventory effectively and accommodate your request. We highly encourage you to double-check all order details, including delivery dates and addresses, before finalizing your purchase to avoid any inconveniences.
